SVN | REA Welcomes Rocky Coble as New Financial Controller
SVN | Real Estate Associates is thrilled to welcome Rocky Coble as our new Financial Controller.
A West Virginia University alum, Rocky is a financial professional with extensive experience in real estate accounting and financial strategy. After building a solid career in the Washington, D.C. area, he made themove to the Triangle, bringing with him a diverse background that includes financial planning and analysis, property and portfolio accounting, and audit leadership.
Rocky began his career at Baker Tilly, specializing in financial statement audits for real estate clients, before moving into property and portfolio accounting for real estate investment firms. Most recently, Rocky worked on the FP&A team at Brookfield Properties, where he played a key role in financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting for their US office portfolio. He also managed investor reporting and played a key role in external audits and capital planning.
