REA Sells Landmark Downtown Office Building
Real Estate Associates (REA) is pleased to announce that it represented the seller in the sale of 433 West Main Street in downtown Durham for $2.16 million. This 16,000 sq. ft. office building has been fully renovated from the ground up and currently houses three tenants including the global firm, McKesson Specialty Health. REA handled the leasing, property management and assisted the owner with renovations that all resulted in achieving the owner’s ultimate goal of a favorable sale.
