Experience
Jim joined our team in 2002, bringing 17 years of property management expereience from managing his family's mobile home park. Having managed several apartment complexes as an onsite manager for SVN | REA, Jim now works out of the central office to facilitate all aspects of the residential team's transition of prospects into tenants. He is also in charge of managing a large mobile home park in Creedmoor and a small apartment complex in Henderson.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys tending to his clock repair business, which he started back in 2008.
